Excellent choice of material, light and durable. Only the tensioner is too large here. recommended Product
Ottima scelta nel materiale, leggero e resistente . Solo il tensionatore è troppo grande.

Very good selection of pick types in this set. Small and easy to carry. So far the set seems to be pretty durable. I think its a must have tool for the collection.

Well engineered. Discreet. Always in the pocket. My front door was no match.

I find the tools well made and workable. The fold-in case could be smaller to aid feedback from the tools. Otherwise good pocket keychain carry. Thanks

    Quality all purpose pick set...

Posted by Unknown on 25th Aug 2015

I am a security consultant and needed a concealable full-featured pick set to take with me to client engagements as well as to have on hand "just-in-case". I ordered this model because I liked the inclusion of the Bogata/wave rake for quick access to the cheaper locks as well as some of the other picks included being my favorite. Also the replacement picks are cheap in case I break something. When I first got the set I noticed it was smaller in form factor than I originally thought which was a plus for me. I took it to a local lockpicking club and was very happy with it right off the bat. The tension wrench is sturdy and well made, if a bit large for some of those small locks with the tight keyway. In any case it's on my desk right now as I play with locks constantly for stress relief at work as well. The locking mechanism locks the picks in place firmly and folds away neatly when you're done. It will be a welcome and permanent addition to my collection for years to come. I invite you to try it out and see if you like it as well as I do.

    great little tool to have

Posted by Ian on 13th Feb 2015

it is a pretty awesome litte tool to have around. I'm new at the hobby of lock picking but I like that I might have a practice lock someplace i dont have my tools..i just take this out and play around. I would imagine it is the same thing if you are an expert and for some reason need to pick a lock and you got this in your pocket

Much better than SouthOrd folding pick

Posted by Unknown on 26th Jan 2014

This is my "one tool". It is very well designed. The SouthOrd version is more of a cartoon depiction of a pick. This one is a real tool. Mine did break after about four years (the holding screw stripped out) but this is possibly due to modifications I made. That I am buying another one is testimony to how much I like this tool. I recommend the 8E (slim euro version).

This website also sells blanks to make your own picks, but I recommend instead making picks out of feeler stock since you will then be able to use 15 mil thickness rather than 20 mil. It would be nice if there were an ultra-slim version available in which all the picks were 15 mil!
