This set of two pocket/covert-sized hook tools is designed to bypass the Adams Rite-style commercial door locking latches. The foldout hook enters through the side cutout of commercial doors (adjacent to the latch) and reaches up into the internals of the door and lock assembly in order to manually bypass the lock by pulling on a swing bar that retracts the latch into the open and unlocked position.
Use caution as these tools are thin and flexible, and anytime you are sliding thin tools into the inner workings of a lock there is a possibility of damaging the tool or the lock, or the tool becoming stuck within the lock.
It's an incredible time saver for non-destructive entry!
