Return Policy

The inability of an individual to use lock pick tools successfully does not constitute a defective item and lock picks cannot be returned for this reason. Only returns on Lock picks with manufacturing or structural defects will be accepted. There are no mysteries to this profession, so anyone with patience, determination, and knowledge of the mechanics of locks can be successful in the art of picking locks. The main contributor to this success is study, then practice, practice, practice. Books are not returnable and videos will be replaced if defective. All picks that have a laminated handle are guaranteed for life against separating or de-lamintation.
